Employee Spotlight: David Snell

WALDORF, MD, JULY, 2014 – Waldorf Chevrolet Cadillac would like to reintroduce you to David M. Snell, Parts Manager of Waldorf Chevrolet Cadillac.  Mr. Snell has been at Waldorf Chevrolet Cadillac and in  the automotive industry for over 37 years.  David brings his enthusiasm, vast knowledge of the automotive industry, and passion for providing great customer service to Waldorf Chevrolet Cadillac. Starting out in Parts, David’s ability to listen along with his background  in parts cataloging and stocking make him one of the top in his field.

Mr. Snell has been able to transition from Ken Dixon Chevrolet to Waldorf Chevrolet Cadillac seamlessly. His ability to adapt and grow has made his transition from Ken Dixon Chevrolet to Waldorf Chevrolet Cadillac seamless.  He talks of the transition as “It is a new day.  I like being part of Kody Holdings.  I feel like I can learn new things from other people in the corporation.  I know we can grow.”

When asked what David’s philosophy was  about working with his customers he states “I believe you should treat guests as you would want to be treated” and not only does he do his best to make sure the right parts are stocked for your service and over the counter needs he also always tries his best to fulfill his customers needs.

When David isn’t working at Waldorf Chevrolet Cadillac he enjoys spending time outdoors with his grandchildren and “The Duke” his dog.   David currently lives in Southern Maryland with his wife of 33 years, Barbara K. Jennifer. David and his wife Barbara have two daughters and a son which they are extremely proud of.   One daughter who is a graduate from The University of Maryland and University of Maryland University College with her Masters in Business, his other daughter is a graduate of Frostburg State with her Masters in Athletic Training at the University of Virginia and his son Brian who he calls his “Homeboy”.
